Terms and Conditions

1. Hornet CS Ltd will only deliver to UK addresses. To reduce the risk of fraud and thus keep our prices low we do not deliver to PO boxes, temporary addresses or forwarding addresses.
2. Unless you have an account with Hornet CS Ltd we do not offer credit facilities, and payment is in full at the time of ordering.
3. If you do have an account with Hornet CS Ltd then payment terms are 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed. Overdue payments will attract interest of 2% per month on the full outstanding balance. If the payment terms are not met Hornet CS Ltd reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities, and to recover and resell good that have not been paid for.
4. Hornet CS Ltd retains ownership of all goods until paid for in full, or to the equivalent value of the proceeds of the sale of the goods.
5. A VAT invoice will be sent with your order.
6. Hornet CS Ltd do not supply goods on a trial basis.
7. All items are subject to availability.
8. Hornet CS Ltd reserve the right to decline or rescind any order, for any reason, refunding any money paid.
9. Hornet CS Ltd do not warrant the suitability of goods for any particular purpose. Please check product specifications prior to ordering.
10. Prices will be as given at the time of ordering. If the price changes for any reason (including due to error or costs) Hornet CS Ltd reserve the right to inform you of the change and give you the option of accepting the new price or cancelling the order. Current prices are available at www.hornetcs.co.uk.
11. You have 7 days from the receipt of your goods in which to cancel your order without reason. If you decide to cancel you will be responsible for the cost of return of the goods, and will be responsible for their safe return. The purchase price will be refunded in full, unless the goods have been misused, opened, or are in a condition that makes the product non-saleable.
12. All goods are guaranteed for 9 months from the date of invoice. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect (including inappropriate storage) or misuse of the goods. Consumables that are exhausted through use (e.g. when a cartridge runs out of ink) are also excluded from the guarantee.
13. Our guarantee is limited to the product we supply. Business users are advised to make sure they are covered by appropriate insurance.
14. If goods returned as faulty are found to be in full working order we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 20% of the price of the goods, plus the costs of carriage.
15. Hornet CS Ltd try to deliver all orders within 7 days of ordering. If an item is out of stock you will be notified of an expected delivery date. If delivery is not expected to be within the given timescale you will be notified of a revised delivery date, and will have the option of cancelling your order should you decide not to wait.
16. Non-delivery must be advised within 7 days.
17. Shortages or damage to goods during transit must be advised within 24 hours.
18. Returns will only be accepted after the issue of an RMA number.
19. The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales. Hopefully though this will be unnecessary. Please contact us with your complaints.
20. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the transaction.
21. No opened software will be accepted for credit.
22. Product specifications or packaging may be changed without prior notice.
23. If any terms are deemed unlawful the remainder will remain valid.
24. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
25. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
